Product Overview
TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) and HJT (Heterojunction) panels represent the next generation of high-efficiency solar cell technology. TOPCon adds a thin passivation layer that reduces electron recombination losses, while HJT combines crystalline and amorphous silicon layers for excellent low-light performance and a lower temperature coefficient. Both technologies deliver higher conversion efficiency and slower degradation over time compared to conventional cells. Dost TIS sources TOPCon and HJT panels for projects where maximising energy yield per square metre is a priority.
